These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Arqbyte Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("Appluni", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Appluni website, services, applications, and all content or functionality provided (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform provides a centralized solution for students to explore, apply to, and manage applications to various academic institutions. Users may also interact with affiliated schools, access admission-related content, and submit necessary documentation.

You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended educational application purpose.

The Platform is intended for use by high school students applying to colleges and universitiess. By registering or using the Platform, you represent that you are a current high school student or a recent graduate intending to apply to higher education institutions. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not share your account with others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

Appluni facilitates application submissions to various institutions. Each application may carry an institutional fee, along with a minimal service fee charged by Appluni. Fees are displayed prior to submission and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All content on the Platform, including text, logos, icons, images, software, and materials, are the intellectual property of Appluni or its partners and licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

You agree to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Interfere with the performance or integrity of the Platform
• Violate the rights of any third party

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Appluni is not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of those sites. Interacting with any third-party service is done at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms us or others.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appluni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Appluni within the past 6 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appluni, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
